Dyptic Frames is one of the top free iPhone apps available for download. I simply love this app. I couldn’t have been more surprised when I downloaded it. You initially get 18 free frames to choose from. It starts by selecting the frame that you like best and then moving to the next phase of the project!
Let’s say you choose the frame that is divided into four sections. You will then add four different photos in order to make a collage of sorts. It gives you the option of selecting from your camera roll or taking a new photo, one that’s not already available. Once you make that selection you can then double tap each space and select a photo to add.
Once you have selected the photos you can then add border if you choose. A great thing about this is that you don’t have to add the border but it’s always an option. You can make the border wider or shorter or red, green, blue, white or black.
I also love the fact that it’s such an easy app to use and to learn. It’s a simple click process; select the frame, add the photos and then choose a border, how much easier can it be? It’s so fun and easy to create new and interesting pictures and collages from the ones that you already have that my little nephew even likes making new designs.
One thing that’s cool is that there are other frames to be unlocked, quite a few to be exact. The only thing is that you are required to make other app purchases to get more unlocked frames. However, there are two really cool things about that, not only are the other apps cool but they’re also free so what’s better than that?
One of the main reasons I love this download is that I have a ton of pictures on my phone and many more that I am planning to take throughout the life of my phone. This application allows me to transform my existing pictures into something cuter and more attractive. You can group together pictures from your vacations or even pictures of your friends and family or yourself, don’t be vein, we all have pictures of ourselves on our cameras!
Overall I am addicted to this app. I love how easy it is to make new and interesting photos come to life and bring a bit of color into them. Instead of just holding onto those pictures on your phone and having just plane blah photos, you can now turn them into something you can be proud to show off to your friends and family. Add a little color into your photo album and better yet, it’s free!
So go out there and tell your friends and family about the new cool app that you found and hopefully you’ll all be creating new and interesting collages in no time! Don’t be afraid to pass on the excitement; seriously pass it on!
